Is your roof
falling off????? 		The mortar just below the roof tiles may be crumbling and falling out. A builder who attended to one of the houses in Spring 2003 suggested that this happens where insufficient mortar is applied. One resident has claimed under the NHBC guarantee. Details to follow.
